Grabbing on to the back of a car while skateboarding is all because of Jackass, according to this article. I guess they never saw Back to the Future.

I haven't read the article, but look at that asshole on the right! That's not a skateboard under his feet.
And skitching cars has been around just as long as skateboarding. Remember those Hobie videos?

I almost got in trouble for skitching when I was in austin. The cop asked me if I was watching too much back to the future.

I did not skate any parks in Austin. I just did some cruising around downtown. It was still a good time.

I couldn't believe how many ditches, banks, and hips they had. And the curbs all have a little bit of transition, too! Good times.
