General »   Jerzey barrier for FDR

It dawned on me today that we don't have any Jersey barriers at FDR. To get one, though, I suppose one needs a forklift and a truck. People sure as shit can't move one on their own. I mean, how appropriate would that be for FDR? Have a couple in the parking lot and even one somewhere in the park.
