Roc City Park – Concept Design

Skaters in Rochester have quite a park in the works. Roc City Park is a mixed use public park that is part under a bridge, part plaza and part pre-cast concrete bowls. This is all I know from looking over their concept design. I am psyched to see designs like this in the works. I found this link on the Focus site.
