This Is For Real….

In the backs of Thrashers and whatnot, you see ads for these bullshit products. A fold out ramp??? Well I just had to get one and see for myself. This is utter crap. On the box it actually said mini-ramp on it, but this is what is consisted of. It’s a little over a foot high, 2 feet long and 3 feet wide. The seam in the middle is thebest part. Nothing like hitting a crack that gives as you’re going up a ramp with a lip at the top. It’s made of metal beams and hard plastic and comes with a metal rod they descibed as “grindable coping.” haha…yeah right…Ki Dizzle…biting the bullet….so you don’t have too!!

  1. poor poor Ki, don’t you know that ordering out of the back of a magazine for ramps is like sending away for mer-people. all you end up with is a packet of crap. thanks for taking a bullet on this one.

  2. i think i saw a dude sleepin in one of thses things, so you know theyre versitile.

  3. I will skate that thing with you man. Bring it down to 11th and watkins, we will build another bank, a slider bar, and get the little kids stoked. Normally they just ollie garbage in front of “a mans image” so the freshpark will flip them out.

  4. Funny thing is that it came in this enormous box.. You would have sworn there WAS a whole mini ramp in there. When you roll up the ramp it feels like it is gonna cave in dead in the middle. Reminds me of the first mini ramp I ever dropped in on. Just more expensive.

  5. Worst ramp ever sold. Dam! Why did you buy it? I hope to write shit on it. You could have done way better with a brick and a plank.

  6. BTW those hazy photoshop style shadows all over haveboard are so totally 1994 cheeze ball design. Its like using the polorize filter in photoshop. Love the fact that you are workin the colors an stuff though.

  7. way to comment in the wrong topic, Nug. And, I dunno if you’ve looked around the internet, but the drop shadow is making a comeback. Since you just called my redesign “Cheese Ball”, I’d love to know what you as a snobby designer labeled the old design as…
