How do you connect skateboarding and rims? Why does Porsche even make an SUV? Why would someone even buy one? Is this really what skateboarding has come to? It’s the saddest thing that I have seen or heard of this week. Yet another reason I have no qualms about buying a shop board.

This is hilarious. I thought this was a joke until I explored their site. While having a rim sponsor is ridiculous I find it just as ridiculous that these dudes are buying $75k+ luxury cars all from skateboarding. Yea the blank board thing is kind of hard to argue when you’re rolling a 745 on 22s that cost $10k alone. So what’s next for skateboarding? Will Jacob start sponsoring dudes with iced out watches? Stay tuned kiddies! On a side note if I had a rim sponsor I’d at least want a good one like BBS, fuck these rapper rims.
I forgot to mention that Braydon looks like he escaped from a Village People fan club. How can I be expected to take a person like that seriously? I agree with Dirt Weed. While I think this Rim sponsorship shit is ridiculous if Ki were to have a ridiculous sponsor like this then good for him. Ki might do a whole lot of talking here on Haveboard and Krispace but he’s a good dude and he gives back to skateboarding. I’ve seen him build spots and put in work at others. While I don’t like companies that have zero to do with skateboarding taking advantage of it, I can tolerate it if the people they’re using/targeting give back and help skateboarding in some way.
