I met Fos at my local skatepark and he was totally cool, I fully back Heroin. He sent me a bunch of product when he got home and introduced me to people who ended up becoming real tight homies for me.
So why would someone name a skateboard company Heroin? Is it like the old term…like the heroin of a movie? Or is it the shit you buy on the corner? If this is a drug reference its sad how a skate company would do that. Anyone who’s had parts of their family and lives ripped apart by herron will definetly think anyone who skates for or runs this company is a complete douche.
Grape, I always assumed heroin is only referencing the addiction part of the drug. Many skateboarders are so loyal to skateboarding that it has become an addiction / passion. Skateboard companies make many comparisons when coming up with their names. I never thought that Baker skateboards was advocating the culinary arts, how ever they do cook up some good skateboarding. (That was a truly lame joke)
