Tonight there is a fund raiser benefit show for the Roslyn Skatepark, which is now going to be called the Patrick Kerr Skatepark. I went and visited the park progress a few weeks ago. They are really working hard. Pat and TZ are heading up the design and construction. They are looking for volunteers to help. The park has some huge trees around it and other recreation like basketball, baseball and other stuff like park trails. It’s gonna be good. The rumored opening is in the beginning of September. You can thank Franklin’s Paine Skatepark Fund for the initial donation of $5,000. over 5 years ago to get this ball rolling.
