Goldchain Kills Ditches

I remember how stoked we all were when Rocky got this awesome flick of Goldchain. The graphic on the board he is riding was painted by Him for Rocky’s Show. I love this flick. I wish Rocky would put more of his stuff online.

  1. I’d say that’s more of a fastplant…frontside fastplant? Anyone. FYI, I’m going to milk this boneless pic for everything it’s got! HAHAHA.

  2. Does anyone else see a random correlation between this undoubtedly awesome picture and the cover of skate or die 2?

  3. sweet photo. got me itchin’ to skate the indian school ditch again. that spot was fun! can’t go wrong with an early morning session with haveboard and a blunt.

  4. the flick is rad. when is philly makin a “out west” trip? i must comment on the crummy color balance though. pink clouds and purple skys? must of been a sweet ass morning blunt.

  5. Rocky takes nice photos, but I question his color manipulation with photoshop. I bet he made it more pink. Rocky is just wierd like that.

  6. I’m not convinced Rock manipulated this one much. This on was taken on his coolpix with the fisheye…pre-photoshop Rock. All the other colors are pretty true. I did some minor color correction to the scan. Those clouds just came out a little pink due to the fisheye. It was a scorcher that day!

  7. I think this trick would be even more awesome if you balls were showing. But, really this pic is deffinately one of my favs. Wait Flava Favs…. yeah, thats the shit.

  8. Dude, I wrote this review of Animal Chin I was gonna give you guys, but I thought it was too negative. In a nutshell, it’s about 80% retarted bullshit and 20% skating. The Wallows scene and the Chin ramp scene are the only actual skate parts, but they are rad. Also, bonlesses fucking rule. I remember exactly when I rekindled my love. I took a trip to Mexico in about 1995, and dudes were rocking em down there. This was back when it was all the mega pants, micro wheels stuff, so a boneless just seemed like such a breath of rad air. I remember actually thinking ‘Yes, this is so right.’
