1. i don’t mean to diss the park design, designers, or the process that was used to design the park in any way. — BUT — the silhouettes of the people walking through, or hanging out in the park need to be “shitted” on.

   There’s one dude doing the classic finnegan photo pose, and then there’s brandon practicing his ballet dancing with mark lamboy. But no skating is shown.

24. So, I redirected Layboy away from haveboard for a bit. I’m sure he’ll figure out a way around it, and the trolling will commence.

    Layaway is not one to bum a ride from. If it isn’t convenient for him, he don’t give a fuck.

    So yeah, the rendering used some bad stock poses of people… I cant wait to meet some skaters who got into really understanding urban development and autocad… it will be a nice day.

    Any one have a thought about the design of the park? This one is going to be cheaper and smaller then SRSP.

    All car dissin aside.

    This is truely a positive park for our region. It will show that SRSP is realistic and can be successfull. I can’t wait to skate it.

34. Uh. I know everybody is creaming their jeans about the idea of street style skate parks these days, but the design above doesn’t really have much going on. I like the idea of open space, but the entire foreground of the picture is empty (save for those adorable little characters). I understand the appeal of a public park built for skateboarding, but this looks more like any city park that happens to have a few things skate.

    The idea of a street style park seemes to still just be an idea, unless you go to canada or ohio.

    The future of park designs are in your hands. Get involved in a project, go back to your home town and start the process or just build something this week while youve got time off for the holidays. I am posting this meeting so you can see whats happening and get involved. But when the meeting happens, I know as usual no one will show up.

    FPSF is working at new ways to raise some money for SRSP.
