So, haveboard runs off a completely custom CMS system, and even well before the Hot Crew called me out on it, I had planned to implement automatically resized user submitted images. Well, the day has finally come, and I took the time this weekend to FINALLY add it to the CMS. No more GIANT images in the rss feed or homepage. We now have automatically generated thumbnails as well. To demonstrate this new feature, I’m using a screen shot from one of the best movies of all time, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. (It is actually 2 screen shots merged together)

Yea, there is still a lot more work to be done around these parts, including setting up a Video Podcast, Clean URLS (might be another 6 months), and maybe some fancier form handling. Who knows? Only time will tell.
