  1. so sick! support local everything! especially as the folks that run yards are awesome and the people that owned title 10 sucked! cant wait to tour the new spot. p.s. why would graffiti attract skaters?

  2. Just being in that building with the old graffiti would bring back so many memories. Would they be open to the public like a bar? I don’t drink, so I don’t know shit about things like that.

  3. The old brewery was pretty cool about people coming in and having a few beers on the house. I would imagine that with all of the proposed development along the river, they will try to do some sort of brew-pub setup.

  4. Title 10……didn’t like the place. Wasn’t sad to see it go…….sooooo later’d…

  5. Boiler room? We puffed right in the goddamn lobby. Title 10 had lines for days. Art Museum park’s coming, Ki. You’ll like that.

  6. I scouted a spot that I’m sticking a couple ledges at…So far it already has a little cement bank to curb that’s been started. It’s gonna be fully functional by spring. Best part is….it’s not gonna be a bust…It’s kinda in a cutty spot. But so tucked away, people don’t even lurk there…Keep your eyes open…Haveboard inspired ledge maybe??? We’ll see.
